Made of stainless steel body, CREMOSA is ideal for creating homemade ice cream and delicious sorbets with professional results in less than 60 minutes. Thanks to the built-in cooler compressor, moreover, it is not necessary to freeze the bowl and the ingredients may be conveniently added at room temperature through the practical refill spout, without any interruption of the processing cycle. The freezing bowl is removable for an easy cleaning, the LCD display shows each stage of the process, that can be also controlled through the wide transparent lid; the unit is equipped with an adjustable timer and extended cooling function for keeping the ice-cream cold up to 60 minutes after the end of the freezing cycle.
